Three Services are held at the Cathedral every day of the year without exception.

One of the wonders of medieval engineering, this incredible structure completed in 1342 is considered the jewel in the Cathedral crown.
Group Visits
We warmly welcome all groups, including special interest groups, language school groups and organised tours. Book in advance to enjoy preferential group admission rates by contacting our Visits and Groups coordinator

Visit The Almonry Kitchen in the Cathedral grounds as part of your visit.

Support Us
It costs £10,000 a day to care for our historic building, maintain our worship and music tradition, and carry out our contemporary mission of education, outreach, and care.
Visitor Opening Hours & Tickets
Monday to Saturday:
Visitor entry 9.30m - 4.30pm (visitor charges apply)
Sunday:
Visitor entry 12 Noon - 3pm (visitor charges apply)
Please check any changes to opening hours for closures or restricted access before you visit.
We recommend booking Visitor Tickets and tours in advance.
Services usually take place Monday - Saturday at 5.30pm and Sunday at 10.30am & 4pm – everyone is welcome to attend.
